EMI Filters / TVS Arrays.
ProTek offers TVS protection and EMI Filtering all in one package. These space saving devices are ideal for use in portable electronics such as Cellular Phones, Cellular Phone Accessories, Laptops, and PDAs.
These devices have been tested up to 25,000 volts of contact ESD conditions. In addition, EMI Filter TVS Arrays were designed to meet ESD immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-2 (Air - 15kV, Contact 8kV) and EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns).

ProTek's Thyristor Surge Suppression devices are designed to protect telecommunications equipment against lightning and transients induced by AC power lines. Steering Diode.
ProTek's low capacitance Steering Diode Arrays provide high-speed data line and I/O port protection from transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages. Steering diodes divert the transient to the power-bus or ground and away from sensitive IC components. Tested to 25.000 Volts. Steering Diodes are designed to meet ESD immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-2 (Air - 15kV, Contact - 8kV) and EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns).

Overcurrent Protection.
ProTek offers over-current protection products that are designed to protect consumer electronics, computers and telecommunications equipment from the risk of fire or shock caused by over-currents or overtemperature faults. Current is interrupted in a controlled manager to avoid damage to circuit components and is allowed to fail gracefully. These devices are available in ceramic/glass/polymer
packages and have excellent environmental performance.

Steering Diodes / TVS Arrays.
ProTek offers low capacitance TVS protection by combining steering diodes with TVS diodes into a single package. This unique design provides high-speed data line and I/O port protection from transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages.
Steering Diode/TVS Arrays are tested up to 25,000 volts of contact ESD conditions. In addition, these devices are designed to meet ESD immunity requirements IEC 61000-4-2 (Air -15kV, Contact - 8kV), EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns) and Surge (Line to Ground and Line to Line) immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-5 (Levels vary depending upon product series).
